Biography:
Matt has specialized in the treatment of several orthopedic, sports, geriatric, and chronic pain conditions. He has a special interest in treating the complex symptoms surrounding the diagnosis of EDS (hypermobility syndrome) and Chiari malformation. His treatment philosophy, “Reset. Retrain. Restore.”, is implemented into his patient’s plan of care to create an optimal environment of healing. Through his hands-on technique and treatment, which include additional training and certifications, the pain cycle is “Reset”. Utilizing patient education and a personalized therapeutic exercise program the patient is empowered to “Retrain” muscles, posture, stabilization, and proper movement patterns. This helps the patient to avoid rebounding, or reoccurring symptoms, which “Restore” prior levels of activity and function.

Biography:
Dan Lillywhite received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Utah. Dan is certified in Trigger Point Dry Needling, Astym treatment, and Kinesio-taping. He enjoys working with patients with a variety of orthopedic injures including, but not limited to, the spine, hips, knees, ankles, feet, or shoulders. Patients seeking treatment may be dealing with injuries caused by overuse, trauma, life, or after surgery. Dan has an excellent background in many aspects of rehabilitation and enjoys working with patients of all ages. He finds satisfaction in helping patients achieve their functional goals. Dan enjoys being outdoors and participating in various activities including trail running, biking, hiking, backpacking, and camping. He is fluent in Spanish and enjoys speaking it as a second language. He resides in Lindon, UT with his wife, Kate, and their 4 children. Biography:
Justin Brown grew up in Orem, UT. He attended Utah Valley University and received a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science. He then attended the University of Utah where he graduated with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy. Justin has created a great reputation at Bushnell Physical Therapy. He enjoys working with a variety of injuries and helping people regain their physical health. Justin has been a valuable team member of Bushnell Physical Therapy for several years. He lives in Lindon, UT with his wife and their 3 boys. Justin enjoys fishing, playing volleyball, and being outdoors.

Megan Holbrook, PTA
Biography:
Megan grew up in the northwest suburbs of Chicago where she developed a passion for the field of physical therapy after dealing with several sports injuries. Megan earned her bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Brigham Young University and then went on to receive her Physical Therapist Assistant degree from Provo College. Megan started at Bushnell as a patient herself, and she is excited to join the team now as a PTA to help people return to doing what they love just as she did. She enjoys playing basketball, keeping up with BYU sports, hiking, and doing anything outdoors.

Gina de Cesare-Espinoza, DPT
Biography:
Gina grew up in Sunnyvale, California. She attended San Jose State University where she ran Track and Field as a sprinter. She graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Athletic Training. She then worked at an Athletic Trainer, Track and Field coach, Personal Trainer, and Physical Therapy Aide before deciding to go back to school with the aim of becoming a Physical Therapist. In 2018, she moved to Provo, UT to attend Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions. While there, she completed internships working in a variety of specialties of Physical Therapy around Utah and Oregon. In 2021, Gina earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy and became a licensed Physical Therapist. She enjoys working with a variety of patients including those with orthopedic conditions, scoliosis, and jaw pain.
In her down time, Gina enjoys camping, boating, running and attending a showing of the latest Marvel film.
